The Coon Rapids Winter Drumline performed an all original composition entitled "Fire & Ice." We will be depicting a fantasy scene of what might happen when those two elements, represented by percussion instruments, find themselves in the same place and the same time. Using colors and sounds to entertain the audience will be an exciting challenge this year and we hope to press ourselves as musicians and performers. We hope you get a chance to see our show more than once this year - we plan on developing all season long!
The group will have over 45 people in it this year, which is also quite exciting! It is nice to see that so many people are wanting to be a part of this great activity. We hope to raise the level of musicianship and responsibilities of the members to new heights and give that to our audiences.
